After working as a Human Resources Administrator and a Licensed Massage Therapist for many years, I have come to understand what it means to meet people where they are, whether that is physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually.
My goal is to bring awareness and understanding of counseling to individuals that may not have otherwise considered it as an option and to provide an inviting and safe space to work through those options and changes in their journey.

I earned a bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University and a Master’s in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University and am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Dana A. Burns, LPC-S.
My favorite off-work activities are traveling, trail walking, volunteering, putting in work for my sorority, and resting. I am also a big Kansas City Chiefs fan! Always supporting my hometown team.
