I'm Cemmone Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Dana A. Burns, M.A., LPC-S. I'm all about creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and ready to grow. With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University and four years of experience as a Certified elementary school teacher, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to the work we do together.
Life can be challenging. I've walked alongside people through grief, trauma, anxiety, abuse, depression, major life changes, and those tough moments when you just need someone who can listen and accompany you on the journey. I blend strong clinical skills with a compassionate, future-oriented approach to help clients navigate challenges and move confidently toward their goals.
My style is eclectic. I ascribe to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet you where you are and help you move forward on your terms.
At my core, I believe: if we can change our minds, we can change our lives. My ultimate goal is to help you fulfilled, functional, resilient, insightful, and hopeful about the future.
For leisure, I brunch with views, visit my country Grenada, explore the city in search of adventure and cracking up at life's little moments - because laughter really is the best medicine.
