Carletta Nance, LPC

Carletta Carletta went into the mental health field to be educated in specific ways to lift people up and help them realize how special and amazing they are. 

Carletta enjoys being active and participating in various outdoor adventurous activities such as hiking and sky diving.  She counsels children, adolescents, and adults using individual, family, and group treatment modalities. 
Ms. Nance has experience working with clients dealing with substance use/abuse, counseling survivors of domestic violence's, as well as supporting clients in group therapy, grief support, and couples counseling.

Carletta is licensed by the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA and her master's degree in Leadership and Counseling from Prairie View A&M University with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her therapeutic and spiritual approach is designed to provide you with practical tools and techniques that are right for you.  

Carletta believes the world is full of experiences - positive and negative, which influence who we become. She consistently provides a judgement-free zone, and a safe space to accompany you through your process.
